1. My Searching produces no results- You must enter the data exactly as it appears in the actual database. So for example if you are searching for John Jones you cannot enter L Jones or Mr Jones. You Can Enter Jones or John. Try another search type or use the email Help Form.
2. I cannot update data- To update data you need both a correct User ID and Ep number assigned to that user ID.
3. There is no decision listed for my Matter- Decisions will be uploaded when they become available. Not all matters will have decisons.
4. I cannot read or open the decisons or documents- most of the downloads are made available in PDF format. You must have a PDF reader on your machine to read these documents. You can download a reader for free.
